Well NFL fans it looks like we were all wrong. Old man Farve has taken his team to new heights, rejuvenated an entire city, has his team on the verge of a Super Bowl birth, and slinging the ball down the field like he was 20. And yes I know some of you hopeless Farve fans will say you “saw this coming,” but come on, who really could have predicted this. Farve has the same number of touchdown passes as leading MVP candidate Peyton Manning and leads the league in passer rating. He also has only thrown 3 interceptions in his first 11 games, and for anyone who knows Bret Farve knows that is unheard of.
Sounds like someone trying to hate on “the FAVRE”. You’ve got to admit, Brett Favre is phenomenal. Yes, you’re right,he’s stats are very comparable to Peyton Manning and he does sling the ball down the field with great ease and accuracy – so let’s give the man his props. And lets not forget Adrian Petersen. I’ll be sporting 28 on the 25th. Yeaaah Boy!
